What we do

LexiScale designs and builds websites and custom business systems — booking, CRM, ERP, payments, automations, and analytics — for service businesses. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.

Pricing & payment

Implementation is a one-time fee starting from £1,500, scoped to your business before we begin. The ongoing system runs on a monthly subscription starting from £96/month, covering hosting, support, and continuous improvements.

Invoices are payable as agreed in your proposal. We accept card payments and other methods listed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

There is no lock-in. You can cancel the subscription with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation we export your data, client records, and content, and hand them to you.

Ownership

You own your data, your content, and your brand assets at all times. The underlying platform, code libraries, and infrastructure the system runs on remain the property of LexiScale and its licensors.

Our commitments & limits

We build carefully, test before launch, and support what we ship. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated to you directly.
